I did all the work in my garage, except the hardtail struts. I had them cut with a water jet from my design out of 6061 aluminum, seat pan is 1/8 steel with 3/4" pad covered in hand laced oil tanned leather. I moved the pegs forward 8", bobbed the rear fender and turned a KD517 marker light into the tail / brake light tag bracket is out of 12ga steel.
