Each year Arizona Bike Week brings its guests some of the best in musical entertainment and the 2013 concert lineup looks to be holding true to past tradition.
Dozens of bands and other forms of entertainment will be performing at biker bars and other biker hot spots throughout the surrounding areas where Arizona Bike Week takes place while the biggest concerts can be seen at Cyclefest at WestWorld, the focal point of Arizona Bike Week.
This year Cyclefest at WestWorld brings its best concert lineup kicking off the evening festivities on April 10th with two time Grammy nominated Tonic. Best known for their No. 11 Billboard hit, “If You Could Only See”, Tonic is an iconic American rock band that has reached platinum recording status.
The following evening the Cyclefest at WestWorld audience will be treated to the sounds of harmonica virtuoso and front man John Popper as the legendary 90’s blues/rock band Blues Traveler takes concert goers on a blues journey through their musical repertoire that is likely to include such smash hits Run-Around and Hook.
Friday night will be the highlight for most as the two time Grammy Award winning band The Doobie Brothers takes to the stage and rocks the house with one classic Doobie Brothers hit after another. The Doobie Brothers have captured the attention of several generations or bikers and music lovers alike, having dominated the1970’s rock scene with one chart topping hit after another. Their chart breaking sound continued on into the 1980 and the Doobie Brothers are now enjoying their fifth decade of performing to sold out crowds.
Third Eye Blind hits the stage on Saturday evening performing for the Cyclefest at WestWorld crowd. A favorite American alternative rock band of the mid 1990’s, Third Eye Blind will entertain concert goers with the signature sound that brought them their huge success.
For those that stick around Cyclefest at WestWorld on into Sunday evening, there is a concert scheduled however, the band has yet to be named. No matter who is scheduled to play, it will no doubt be a great closer to Arizona Bike Week.
