Wooly and I took this suppose to be quick 7 to 10 day job, turns out 21 day but that is beside the fact now. So we decided to not take bikes with us to blast down in work truck, knock it out and blast back. Well we all know the saying of the "best laid plans"...
An hour drive from the locker and Wooly says "I miss my bikes!" I kind of laughed and told him it is a little over a week, we have waited for parts longer then that. Looking back we should have turned around and got bikes.
On our way back I asked which bike you going to ride first... he thought for an hour or longer before he answered " The one closet to the door. " LOL, made since to me.
But the day after we got home I wake early, still in go mode. Come down stairs and make coffee, mom comes down shortly after and jokes about being fired as coffee was not made. Then she gos upstairs and gets ready for the day. When she comes back down stairs she is dressed in jeans ( temperatures going to be in the nineties?) I ask if she has a date with her boyfriend. She says no I was getting ready to go for a ride with Wooly and you. Damn the women knows us to well.
