What is your practice?
When riding down a highway and I meet an oncoming biker I'm accustomed to holding my clutch arm out as a form of greeting. I've noticed that most older bikers do this, unless it's obviously unsafe to do so. However, it seems that more bikers don't return the biker wave.
What are your thoughts on this practice? I like it, do it every chance I get, and like it. Does anyone know how the hand extended out in a downward angle got started, and what it means?
