    New York and California set the legal precedent for the rest of the country.

    New York as has one of the oldest and longest helmet laws.

    I want to get elected to the NY State Assembly and REPEAL the Helmet law

  • Bar What we think isn't important in Politics. The NY State Police are getting paid and funded by grants to travel around America to teach other Police how to stop "ONLY" motorcyclists for helmets, pipes and other violations !!!
  • RevBigJohn The NY state cops have been busting balls of bikers coming from PA. on Rt 86 and I 90 since one rolled his cop car and got killed in pursuit of a rice rocket several years ago.
    You can't fix stupid, but you can vote it out of office!
