Headed that way in May from NM and wondering if anyone has any info on the ride up 191.  What is the area like around Hannagan Meadows and Alpine like?  Also looking on the map I can go from Alpine around 273 and 261 around to Eagar.  Never been through this country, wanting some input especially after last years fires.  You can see some of the burned area on google maps and google earth.

The weather must be too nice in AZ to get online, lol, pretty nice here too...................

I am still not able to find any info on this area online. Even the Arizona Game and Fish Dept doesn't say much. I would appreciate any input on this. I am less than two months from my trip through the area. Also anybody do any fishing in that area?
