This week the motorcycle community lost a legend and a great person.Met him many years ago when I went to his shop locally with a friend to pick up parts for his old 71 HD.Arlen had on display a few of his creations,they had a real world appeal that many could identify with.
Arlen would turn up places where I would bump into him,he would always say hello and was very friendly.When he started the Victory shop in Dublin Ca I recall seeing him when I pulled in on my ride to check out the shop and he complimented me on my ride.He was one of those folk you are sad to see leave the scene,cause he brought so much to the table.
