A local factory that manufactures motorcycle accessories hired a young MBA fresh out of college to run their factory. The first day on the job the company CEO was hanging around to see how the new manager was going to run things.

There was a young man leaning up against the wall doing nothing so the new manager decides to make an example of him to impress the CEO. The manager walks up to him and askes him how much he makes.  The young man tells him $300 a week so the new manager hands him $600 and loudly fires him saying that he would not tolerate employees standing around doing nothing.

Once the former employee left the manager shouts out “could someone tell me what that person’s job was”… At first no one responded then a voice from far back in the plant replied, “Pizza delivery”.
