Tragic occurrance during a helmet protest in Central New York

    Please keep this man and his family in your thoughts and prayers.

    55-year-old Philip A. Contos passed away from injuries he suffered afer he crashed on his 1983 Harley-Davidson on a helmet protest ride organized by the Onondaga chapter of American Bikers Aimed Towards Education, or ABATE, troopers said.
