As in past years, the Rolling for Freedom Motorcycle Rally is a time to honor and show respect for our Veterans who reside at the Spanish Peaks Veterans Community Living Center (Colorado State Veterans Nursing Home) located in Walsenburg Colorado. Come and enjoy a great time and great people on August 29th 2015 as you watch the smiles and tears on the Veterans faces as all the riders pull up in front of the Nursing Home (23500 Highway 160). Last year we had 138 motorcycles. Let’s keep it going and make it even bigger. All proceeds go directly to the Veterans/Residents. On August 29th 2015 registration will begin at 09:00 am at the Acorn Travel Plaza (Truck Stop) exit 52 off 1-25. Kick stands up at 10:30 am. During that time there will be food, drinks, prizes, and entertainment. Afterwards a parade of Motorcycles and Emergency Vehicles will wind through Walsenburg and end up at the Nursing Home (23500 Highway 160).
