Blackhawk Chapter ABATE of IL presents the 2nd annual Blackhawk River Rally to be held on Saturday July 18th, 2015 at Len Brown’s Northshore Inn at 700 Northshore Drive Moline, IL. Gates open at 10:30 am and admission at the gate is $10.00 each. There will be a rodeo, prizes, food, vendors, raffles, and live entertainment provided by the Quad Cities own Moonshine Run.

ABATE of IL is a not for profit motorcyclist rights organization. The mission of ABATE of IL is to preserve the universal right to a safe, unrestricted motorcycling environment.
This event will be one of our main fundraisers for the year. Proceeds from this event will go toward protecting and preserving motorcyclist rights, legislation and promoting motorcycle awareness. So come on out, have some fun and support your local motorcycle rights organization.
