Welcome to NJLMR Fall Scavenger Hunt,
This is a 2 day scavenger hunt event! You have a little over 24 hours to gather the most points via pics & retrieval items. So pick up your token, gas up your motorcycle/car, and make sure your camera/phone is charged. Let’s hunt!

Who can play? This is a motorcycle scavenger hunt but due to injuries, players who ride motorcycles but aren’t able to ride can still participate. You MUST own a motorcycle or have a valid motorcycle license in order to be eligible to play.

You do not have to have cashapp, register or be a member. Just make a payment using a credit/debit card. None of your financial information is shared. Payment due by 8am, Saturday, Sept. 22nd.

Is there a prize? Yes. Although we are playing for fun! There are prizes! The more players we have the more that goes into the cash pot prize for 1st place. So bring a friend, have them sign up. The more the merrier. For now the prizes/winnings in addition to a trophy are:

1st place cash prize of $50 & bragging rights
2nd place prize of $25 NFL Gift Card
3rd place prize of Surprise brown bag

What do you need to play? Your motorcycle, Your motorcycle gear/chest protector/vest, motorcycle gloves, motorcycle helmet, a phone camera, upload pics capabilities, selfie stick (optional but helpful). Note – those playing but don’t have a motorcycle (out of commission) – you still need your motorcycle helmet for some of the hunt list to get points. So bring your helmet (in car).

Start/Finish
When do we start? 10am Saturday September 22nd - Meet up at McDonalds Vauxhall Service station on GSP North in Union, NJ

At this time you will receive your token and hunt list. We can do a group ride and hit a couple on the list together or you can go your separate way.

When does it end? 2pm Sunday, September 23rd @ (NYSC parking lot 202 Main Ave, Clifton, NJ 07014). Since we are going to a private residence for bbq the address will not be made public. We will meet in parking lot and head to final destination (literally less than 2 minute drive) together. At the finish line, there will be a summer end BBQ gathering (hot dogs, chicken & burgers/nothing fancy). Your points will be added up and a winner will be announced.

How to play?
Ahhh the juicy details… let me show you the way.

Check your calendar and make sure you can be at the finish line (NYSC parking lot 202 Main Ave, Clifton, NJ 07014) by 1.30/2pm Sunday. If you are able to meet up on Sunday 9/23 by 2pm then you can play!! If you’re late – you’re disqualified and forfeit your play fee (so allow time for traffic – no excuses). If you’re unable to meet up at Saturday start time/location to pick up your token and list, then I can work with you separately (DM/text me). Only exception is law enforcement and medical field that are on-call and get called into work on Sunday overlapping 1pm. You can still play and your points will not be forfeited if you can still get everything uploaded by 2pm Sunday.

Decide (before you pay) if you want to go as a team (duo) or by yourself. Teams are allowed (no more than 2 people). If you choose to do this hunt as a team – you must have both tokens in your picture and pick up 2 retrieval items (where applicable). Even as a team, pics will require both of you to be in it – this is to avoid one person doing all the work. The prize for a team is the same $50 (you share). We don’t want this hunt to be money motivated – it’s suppose to be for fun.

Pay the fee before 8am Sept. 22nd. (non refundable). When you pay your fee, in the ‘note’ section of payment be sure to list if you are single or duo. Please provide “team name” (duo players) or “Hunter name” (single player). Example: Rider Ray pays cash app $11 play fee and in the notes section states “Rider Ray will be Hunter Repsol (single person)” or pays $22 cashapp play fee and states “Rider Ray will be Team Repsol (Duo with Rider Tom). You can pay separately if you are a team.

On Saturday at 10am, pick up your token. Your token will be given to you Saturday with the “Hunt List” and must be in ALL the pictures. You must UPLOAD to link all the pics. Judge(s) will NOT look at your phone for pics. Players earn points for each item checked off your hunt list and the points are determined by how challenging it is to find a particular item.

Start hunting & Get your points – check off your scavenger hunt list by following the directions and upload/email the pic to the link provided on the scavenger hunt list. You MUST have your token in EVERY picture for credit as it identifies which team/hunter you are. The hunt ends at 2pm but you have until 2.15pm to upload all your pictures. The items you must provide in person must be on site by 2.15pm.

You will be judged, and a winner will be announced.
