Today my sweet boy is 21 weeks old! We have now spent 147 days at MUSC. My sweet boy has had 6 surgeries, 7 totalOR trips, been on the ventilator 9 times, 2 rounds of a serious stomach infection, his chest left open 2 times after surgery, and so many pokes and xrays. But Camden has not quit he just keeps fighting he just keeps going and going! I have been here every step of the way talking to doctors and nurses making sure that Camden gets everything he needs and just telling him every day how strong he is. Yes I miss home but I honesty couldn’t imagine not being here every one of those 147 days! I am so thankful for all of the love and support we have had from friends, family, and some people I haven’t ever met! I am so thankful for all the doctors, his surgeons, and all of the sweet nurses who love and take care of him each and every day! Each day we are a step closer to coming home! I am so proud of my sweet boy and can’t wait to see what the future holds for him!
