American Legion Riders, Chapter 57 in cooperation with Lake City/Columbia County Chamber of Commerce will host our 1st Annual Christmas Toy Run to benefit Toys for Tots, a Marine Corp Program supporting the youth of Columbia/Suwannee Counties.
This is an escorted country ride beginning at Florida Gateway Fairgrounds (formerly Columbia County Fairgrounds) located at 437 State Road 247, Lake City, Fl.
Registration begins at 9:00 where a light breakfast will be served to include water, soft drinks and coffee.
During the registration, we will also have a classic car Cruise In and entertainment by the band "Homegrown"so there will not be a dull moment for those arriving early.
The first 200 bikes registered will receive a free gift so register early and see what surprises we hold in store for you.
Kickstands go up at 12:00 noon for the escorted ride through the country ending at American Legion Post 57 for the after party.
The route is as follows:
Leaving the fairgrounds at 12 noon, turning left out the gate to Bascom Norris, left on Bascom Norris to SR 41,
Right on SR 41 to CR 252,
Left on CR 252 to CR 241
Right on CR 241 to CR 238
Left on CR 238 to CR 791
Right on CR 791 to CR 18
Right on CR 18 to SR 41
Left on SR 41 to CR 18
Right on CR 18 to CR 131
Right on CR 131 to SR 41
Left on SR 41 to American Legion Post 57

This ride is totally escorted by Columbia County Sheriff's Department in cooperation with the Florida Highway Patrol so we have approximately 50 miles of uninterrupted country riding to be followed by a blow out at American Legion Post 57.

Entertainment at the American Legion will be provided by the All American Band (sponsored by Space Coast Harley Davidson, please support our sponsors)
Not only will we have our signature band, The All American Band on the main stage but step out back and enjoy the sounds of the Doc Adams Band, ALR 57 having something for everybody
During the after party there will be raffles, 50/50, auctions, $1.00 drafts, dinner, prepared by BBQ Genius and Guru, Scott Hertl and so much more.
Entry is $20.00 per Rider/$15.00 passenger plus a new unwrapped toy.
