Event Desc

  • Bill Dixon was instrumental in the creation of the VFW riders in Mooresville Indiana and a huge supporter of veteran groups everywhere. Bill lost his life to pancreatic disease in 2020. To remember his contributions to veterans and the community we hold an annual ride in his honor. The ride is a poker run that hits some of Bills favorite watering holes. Food will be provided before and after the ride with live band and raffle items.

    Breakfast: 8:30am - 11am (Provided by American Legion Sons.
    Kickstand up: 11am
    Return Location: Mooresville VFW Post 1111
    Return time: 5pm
    Band (Highway 9 Blues Band): 5:30pm
    Food: Will be provided, details to come
    Fee: $20 a person, $25 per couple
    50/50: $1 each 6 for $5
    Non-riding guests:$10 for meal.
