Join Sisneros-Martinez Post 16, Sangre De Cristo Helping Hands, Taos VFW Post and Eagles Lodge in the "Riding for Freedom, Honoring Our Veterans" benefit run on May 28th during Memorial Day weekend. Registration opens at 9:00 a.m. at Taos Eagle's Lodge and kicks off at 10:00 a.m. around the Enchanted Circle, returning to American Legion Post 16 at 1351 Paseo de Pueblo Sur in Taos at 4:00 p.m. All motorcycle and car enthusiasts are welcome to enter the raffle for a chance to win a 1982 Sportster. After the run, there will be burlesque girls, music, and other activities. Thanks to Soldado's, Taos burlesque troop, Town and Country Chevrolet, New Mexico American Legion Riders Chapter 23, and a lovely member of "Helping Hands," this event was made possible. Proceeds will benefit "Not Forgotten Outreach" and their September Stand Down for homeless veterans and community members. See you there!
