  When is Biketober Fest 2024?

  Is Biketober Fest 2024 free?
  There is a $5 entry fee per person at the gate. Kids 12 and under are free.
  The event supports these non-profits:
  Kane Community Center
  Leek Preserve
  Food Pantries of McKean, Warren, and Forest Counties
  
  Can I purchase my tickets online?
  Please plan to pay at the Entry Gate on the day of Biketober Fest (Saturday, October 12, 2024).
  
  Where can I buy a ticket in person?
  At the Entry Gate, the day of Biketober Fest (Saturday, October 12, 2024).
  
  Is re-entry allowed?
  Re-entry is allowed only with a wristband and handstamp.
  
  What do I get with VIP Access?
  Easy access & viewing to the stage
  Separate restrooms in VIP Access area
  Separate VIP Access bar area (prices are similar to the Straub beer stand, but drinks are exclusive to the VIP Access bar and only available until sold out)
  
  Note: While chairs are permitted in the VIP Access area, they must be set up in the back of the area. Due to limited space, we cannot allow chair placement in the front.
  
  Can I use my credit card at the event?
  Entry Fee: Only cash. Please plan accordingly.
  Beer Booth: Both cash and charge card.
  Food Vendors: Some are only cash; some accept charge cards. Please plan accordingly.
  Merchant Vendors: Some are only cash; some accept charge cards. Please plan accordingly.
  
  Is there parking?
  Yes, there is designated parking for handicap accessibility and additional paid or free parking in the surrounding area.
  
  Will there be places to sit down?
  Seating is limited so feel free to bring a chair and make sure to wear comfortable shoes.
  
  I have an accessibility need; can you accommodate me?
  The venue is wheelchair and mobility scooter accessible, and to accommodate visitors in wheelchairs, we have parking available directly in front of the venue. At least one bathroom facility will be available. Please be aware a drive inn can be somewhat bumpy, so please plan accordingly.
  For service animals, there will be an area available for water and to relieve themselves and we will ensure staff is aware to not distract or fuss over your service animal.
  The event is expected to be crowded and noisy, and as such, would not be considered a sensory-friendly environment.
  
  What time does the gate open?
  The gate opens at approximately 12 noon.
  
  What happens if it rains?
  The event is open rain or shine. Only the stage will be shut down if there is lightning detected in the area. We will get back up and running once lightning strikes are undetected for 20 minutes.
  
  Will there be concessions?
  Yes, the Kane Family Drive In’s Concession Stand will supply family-friendly beverages along with assorted snacks.
  Two food trucks will be on site for meals.
  Straub Brewery will provide all adult beverages.
  Guests are required to act in compliance with all state and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and consumption of alcohol. All guests will be asked to show a valid government-issued photo identification prior to being served alcoholic beverages.
  
  Which items are prohibited from being brought into the venue?
  These items are prohibited:
  Any beverage (alcohol, pop, etc.), food, marijuana, and illegal drugs
  Tarps
  Ground stakes
  Grills
  Animals (service animals are welcome)
  Weapons of any kind (e.g., guns, knives, chains)
  Will there be security checks?
  All patrons entering Kane Family Drive In will have their bags and chairs checked by security. Security reserves the right to refuse re-admittance or escort attendees out of the venue at their discretion for unsafe use of alcohol or behavior.
  Guests are required to act in compliance with all state and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and consumption of alcohol. All guests will be asked to show a valid government-issued photo identification prior to being served alcoholic beverages.
  
  Can I bring my own food and drinks?
  No outside food or beverage is permitted. Outside alcohol is particularly forbidden due to liability reasons. Concessions will be available for non-alcoholic drinks, beer, and food on the premises.

  Can I bring a bag or backpack?
  Well... sort of. You can bring it in if necessary. You're responsible for it and its contents. Also, we will absolutely search the everlovin' tar out of it before you bring it in, though. Don't look at us like that... We're just being honest. 😊
  
  Is this a family event?
  Absolutely! We welcome attendees of all ages, including children, to Biketober Fest 2024. Below are some guidelines and information to ensure a pleasant experience for families:
  
  Family-Friendly Atmosphere: Biketober Fest 2024 is designed to be inclusive and enjoyable for everyone, including children. You'll find a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere suitable for families.
  Alcohol Policy: While alcohol will be served, our policies and practices are designed to maintain a family-friendly environment. Alcoholic beverages are served responsibly, and we strictly enforce legal drinking age restrictions.
  Parental Guidance: We encourage parents and guardians to accompany their children and supervise them during Biketober Fest 2024. This helps us maintain a positive experience for everyone involved.
  
  Do I have to be a biker?
  Absolutely not! All are welcome at Biketober Fest 2024. Bikes will park inside the venue. We have separate parking for those coming by car/truck.
  
  Can I bring my dog?
  No. However, service animals trained to assist the disabled are welcome.
