Ride of Honor for veterans is a powerful event aimed at honoring and supporting veterans. Veterans Ride FREE!

Once the ride is completed, riders will return to Flying Iron Harley Davidson to receive a free lunch with live music, a vendor fair and more. Non-riders are invited to join and show gratitude to those who have served in the Armed Forces.

This Ride has two goals. First, to honor veterans and to raise money for veteran initiatives. Half of the money raised is awarded to local veteran's non-profit groups who serve and provide services to veterans in our community. Second, is to raise money to send veteran's children and local children who have experienced loss of a love one to Camp Cocoon, a one-day camp that is for grieving children. Camp Cocoon Nash is held Ashlyn Stables in Nashville, NC. Both of these goals were reached with money raised at the 2023 Ride of Honor.
