The staff of Veterans Adaptive Motorcycle Program (VAMP) have organized a motorcycle run from Fort Bragg, NC to Camp Toccoa, GA VAMP is 501c3 nonprofit who find Veterans that need adaptations to their motorcycles or just some assistance with maintenance, VAMP funds the modifications and work through local shops and dealerships. This Memorial Day weekend run will be to Camp Toccoa GA. Camp Toccoa at Currahee is a privately owned historical location where troops preparing for WWII just prior to attending Airborne School. VAMP has prepaid the barracks cost, and all riders will be able to stay in the same barracks used in the early 40s and in Band of Brothers. We’ll depart on Friday May 23 and return May 25th. Anyone interested in taking part should contact the ride leader Jason S at jason@vampusa.org. We need names of those who plan to attend. This is a prepaid event by VAMP and we must know who is attending. This is open to 20 paratroopers and their spouses.
