  • Message I started out on Mini-Bikes and have been riding motorcycles since I was 13. Back when you didn't need a special license or even a helmet! I had a 1948 Indian Scout, 1969 BSA Lighting, 1951 500cc Norton, 650 Triumph,lot of Honda's, Yamaha, Kawasaki Vulcan Classic,Harley Davidson. My wife enjoy a good ride, sometimes we take our Biker Dogs, they gear up as well.     Too Hot! No way! I still wear my leather jacket, I was told by my partner years ago you just unbutton or unzip the sleeves, leave the main zipper bout 3/4 up and Bingo Motorcyle Air Conditioning! Lite sweat! air runs up your sleeves, and out the front of the open jacket! Plus the air doesn't have a chance to dehydrate the exposed arms! And plenty of water to feed the system Alot of us old farts been doing this a loooong time!
