National Council Of Informed Riders teamed up with Long Island ABATE to lobby for legislation in Suffolk County New York to allow motorcycle parking in the premium parking spaces that are designated for 'Clean Pass' vehicles. These spaces are designated at all Suffolk County government offices.
This was achieved by showing that most motorcycles are more fuel efficient than most of the Clean Pass vehicles on the road.
