Great video! Riding keeps your mind sharp and focused and as long as you have that there is a reason to put up with all the aches and pains of long distance riding!!!

That's IT! Now I know why I feel this absolute push to do the B/T Eastcoast Run. They say if you let go of your dreams, you die. Well, I ain't ready to give up on my dreams, not by a long shot...RIDE FREE
