I'm in good shape for my age, at 6ft./220 lbs, with what people call an athletic swimmer/beach body type build. I also have blue eyes and blonde/brown hair, and I like to dress with an old school looking/bad boy style.
I am confident, energetic, outgoing, and talkative. I'm a people loving person, as well as a very compassionate medical professional that works in the Med-Surgical/Rehab nursing field for many years.
I have found that my adventurous nature and willingness to try anything once or a few times "if needed" has taken me to many far distant and exotic places. Im a well traveled adventurer type with a deep passion for much more. For many years, this passion for living has taken me to many distant places, Some of these adventures would include trekking into the dark forests, and exploring temple ruins like those of Ankor-Wat in Asia, or the thick dense jungles of the Amazon deep in South America or volunteering to help support and protect endangered animals in many exotic places like Galapagos.
I have enjoyed a "life changing" champagne breakfast during a stunning early morning sunrise in a "hot-air" ballon over thousands of migrating animals on plains of the Serengetti in Africa, or to hiking the Inca trail high up into the Andes to see the breath taking sites like Machu-Pechu "the city in the clouds".
I have even gone riding on really grumpy camels into the vast Sea of Sands in Egypt and climbed the Great Pyramids, as well as exploring by motorcycles the Majestic Castles and wine estates of Europe.
When not traveling, I really enjoy my family and friends and love to spend quiet times with my loved ones. I enjoy the pot luck dinner parties with friends and like to play cards, yatzee, charades, watch a good movie, fall into a great book, or take on a new science project/experiment not yet tried and I have tried several. I also enjoy surfing, diving, climbing, sports, as well as a quiet night at home snuggled in front of a fireplace, and/or dinner and a movie.
I would love the opportunity to share in many more diverse cultures of the world, exploring in their history and art, their foods and traditions, of the many that I have not had the pleasure to visit. To have “lived” is rare for most merely exist
