Vendor Set up: anytime between 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm. Vehicles and trailers must be moved to designated parking areas no later than 2 pm.

Space Size --10x10 or below available to rent for the event
Cost -- $25. Those needing spaces larger than 10x10 pay for the additional space.
The vendor provides their own equipment (tent, table(s), chair(s), and anything else they may need. If access to electricity is needed, vendor provides their own extension cords and should notify upon reserving the space for planning purposes. Non-Profits ask about the Vendor discount.
Pay in advance of the event by using the donation tab on the amvetspost44.org website, mail/ deliver a check to AMVETS Post 44; ATTN: Inetta Bullock / Dan Mayo. Pay by cash in person in advance of the event day.
