Gieco roadside assistance plan + Cell phone + 20,000 verizon guys following me........LOL.

Actually on my long distance rides this summer I am pre planning routes and using map and GPS programs to plot in fuel locations approximately 120 - 135 miles since I can go about 150-160 on a tank. I have not yet run out however I once put 4.2 gallons in a tank that is susposed to hold 4.1 gallons so I was pretty close to walking.

Latest update from the Abate page:

While the smog check language has been removed from the bill for now, there are plenty of other reasons to remain concerned: the smog debate ended up being a noise debate on the Senate floor and there was much discussion about loud pipes. Not coincidentally, the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) recently released a new standard for sound tests on motorcycles which will make it easy and consistent to test bikes. In addition, the Motorcycle Industry Council (MIC) has called for a focus more on noise than emissions - all of which means that we will have to look at all new legislation because it is very possible that there will be attempts at new sound standards and emission standards...and they could pop up anywhere."

Wish they were not both the same weekend. I am already registered for the Hells Canyon rally. Would have done both if they were different weekends

I am in the Sac area looking to ride with others if anyone is around. Also up for get togethers, rallies, runs, etc within a few hours drive.
