Hello I am a ride and camp rider. I actually prefer first contacts be from your end. I have found out from the few gals I have correspondent with that you all get inundated with messages and we guys are easily lost in the mass of hellos and offers you get. It’s not that way on the guy side or maybe it’s just my profile. I am hoping to make some friends through Cyclefish. A gal friend for me may develop into something more substantial and meaningful, but to be honest that is not what I am looking for at this time. Looking for someone to ride with or ride with me. I really love to ride my motorcycle. When I want to just get away and be by myself and clear my head, that's what I do. I am extremely easy going. I am in what I would consider better than average shape. I am not a gym junkie, but I do work out 3 to 5 times a week, which might go down in my home gym, on the bicycle, or down a river in the kayak. I own my own home and vehicle’s. My family comes first in all things! That is important to know. I have 3 kids I split 50/50 with my soon to be ex-wife, ages 5-11. So I will have small’s with me for quite some time. They are top of the list in my world. They often cut in to my Bike rally/event time, but I am ok with that. Depending on how you split them up and count them I have 6-15 tattoos’; which all have significant meaning to me. I like long Harley rides to dusk and relaxing evenings. My HOG (Fatboy) and carry two quite comfortably. I like going to bike rally’s, rider event. charity runs, and the beach, camping, hiking, and hunting. I go camping quite often and enjoy it with the family in a camper or in a tent on the bike. I enjoy music festivals and motorcycle events. I never was a big drinker and pretty much gave it up all together several years ago. I would prefer to meet someone close to home, but a little distance between friends isn’t always a bad thing. A nice long ride is always a good thing. A little distance to me is 50 to 75 miles. I am a retired Marine Corp Veteran and I have traveled many places. I’m not sure if this online thing will light-up with messages and hellos or if I will just be a static endeavor. I am going to give it a go-around and hope you try too. If I see you and you see me who should say hi first? If I say hi and you don't answer I may try once again just on the off chance it was a computer glitch or lost in your multitude of email’s and you never got my hello; still no answer and I will just assume you aren’t interested. I'll do the same for you. If you read this far in this short story you might as well shoot me a hello message you are probably a little interested.
I am a very simple person and I like the simple life. John Burroughs describes the simple life well:
"To find the universal elements enough; to find the air and the water exhilarating; to be refreshed by a morning walk or an evening saunter; to be thrilled by the stars at night; to be elated over a bird’s nest or a wildflower in spring — these are some of the rewards of the simple life"
Ride Long, Ride Hard, Twist the Throttle, and Enjoy! See ya out there?
