Message I have always wanted a bike going back to when I was younger and rode with my father on the back of his Honda 750. I love a Harley, but they are a little out of my price range sense I am on disability. I always wanted to get a bike so I could ride with my dad, but I had to take care of myself and pay my bills. I never got to ride with my dad, because he passed away last November. I have part of his ashes. I am going to try and take his ashes with me and try to go to Daytona for bike week and Sturgis. He wanted to go there but was never able to go. I wanted to leave a little bit of his ashes at both of these events. I think the remaining ashes I would like to leave at Oregan Inlet in North Carolina. We use to fish there together when I was younger. We both loved to fish there. I do miss my dad, because we use to do so many things together. My mother passed away back in 1988, so now I have no parents. I miss them both. I love to ride. I feel so free when I ride. My bike is part of my bucket list, because I have Congestive Heart Failure. I have already had four way by pass surgery back in 2006. I was told I had maybe four to five years to live. When they told me that I just laughed at them and told them I was to damn mean and that the good Lord has me here to make a few more people to smile and laugh. So far I am proving them wrong. I was just in the hospital to have a cath. done and they found I had one artery 80% blocked and one of my by passes which already has a stint in it was 75% blocked. They took care of them and I am still here and riding my bike....lol. I'm like a Timex watch. I take a licking, but keep on ticking.....lol.
