But I just stayed at this place and the owner told me it was still available for the Sturgis Rally & Races in August. It just opened. And I gotta say, I was pretty impressed with it. The house is nice, the owner is nice, there is maid service offered and it is right next door to a cafe. And being in downtown Lead, it is right in the heart of the Black Hills. So I thought I would share with you all if you are thinking about heading to SD for the Rally. https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/627441606834392608?source_impression_id=p3_1655761054_PlILQCFKxzpbcxBI  less

Hey Rex, I already went there. I closest dealer is Stroker's Dallas. I have contacted them, but have not heard back. I was really hoping someone just had a spare laying around though! Thanks though!

Full Face VS Open Face Motorcycle Helmet
Love my Zox modular full face! I am on my 3rd one. I replace all my helmets every 4-6 years depending on wear and use. Immediately if they have gone through an impact. Otherwise it's a bit like wearing a candy shell that looks good but cracks easily....  moreLove my Zox modular full face! I am on my 3rd one. Definitely try them on. cinch it all the way down and give your head a shake. They should wiggle just a bit, but that is all. I buy mine at J&P Cycles in Sturgis.

I changed out the seat and handlebars and it is so comfortable on long rides. (my long is only 6-8 hours in a day) I recently got a trike (Freewheeler) due to arm issues, but it is nothing compared to my Fatboy in the comfort department! Rode the Fatboy yesterday and it was like heaven! I miss being able to ride it through the Black Hills, but safety first ya know! Our oldest has a Honda cruiser. Can't think of the model right now, but he kept up with us all the way to TN and back from WY, so it must be comfortable as he is somewhat of a weenie about long rides! He purchased on Craigslist for $5000.  less

I desperately miss my Kawi Ninja 600. But with so much damage to my arm, I had to give her up years ago and move to cruiser, and due to even more work on the arm I recently moved to a trike....

Take Care and Ride Safe [/blockquote] I did look at all of these. The fender bra does not fit the FLRT, totally different shape of fender. And the paint guard kit is great for just about every part BUT the front of the rear fenders! LOL!!! It's kinda funny that they missed this very important part! I am getting it though for what it can offer. I certainly hope that the surgeries are done! 4 in 13 months and no working for a year and a half is too much!  less

  • Message I was born into this life as was my father. He passed away in 03 and I continue to fly his flag. I have since gotten my husband into the life and he has never enjoyed life more. I had a couple of accidents a few years back that have left my right arm partially disabled--so now my riding is limited. But together with my great husband and my great mechanic, we are working it out.

  • Hawk6351 Sadly, I must report… for anyone who may know (i understand most of the original fish members who knew him have probably moved on maybe…) But my dad RevZeke, and the Alpha Omegas club president, passed away October 31st. I had the longest ride of my life, from NE Ohio to SW Missouri to be there for my mom…. It didn’t help that my trusty Harley chose to do Harley things on that ride… none the less… got done what was needed. I know that 10-12 years back he had friends here. Thought y’all should know. The Club board chose to have me take his place; I can’t fill his shoes but I’m gonna try to follow his footsteps. Love and respect! See you all in the wind!
