  I have been many things my self also. Diesel Mechanic, Truck Driver, Rock Quarry driver, Worked feed lots, salesman, fiberglass body man on boats. Chemical Dependency counselor with adolescents and parolees, and was a factory mechanic for 16 years with Philips Lighting in Salina, Ks. untill my last heat stroke, the fourth one and it did me in. I am currently on disability and planning on going back to school for my social work degree. Now I am a stay at home dad and husband. We ride when we can if it isnt to hot and just enjoy each other. Beki is a hell of a woman and she is the light of my life along with the kids and grand kids.

  2000 Wide Glide, 95 cubic inch, Hemi heads, S&S Gear driven cams, Hiflow oil pump (screaming eagle) 10and a half to one Compression. Hooker Header Fourbidden exhaust. Crane Ignition. Have had her sinse she was new.  4 and a half inch risers and nineteen and a half inch apes. Progressive shocks.

  Biker to me means respect thoes that do not respect me, Be a man of my word, follow the rules set forth to me. Open the doors for all people and most of all my elders. Help someone on the road that is having problems no matter if I know them or not. A broke down Brother or Sister is just that, if a business or a area I am riding through or to does not want colors worn then so be it. I have not always been the best human being around, I have hurt others, family, and friends. I have stolen, from friends and family to get what I want. I have used drugs and drank and not been allowed in my own home. Fortunately, I have matured and left that part of my life behind. Today I am my own man, I ride because I love it, I ride to be free in my own mind, to gain serenity and peace. I am not pussyfied, I am just grown up and respect places and areas that ask me to not have a weapon, or what ever they are asking me to not bring in. So, I get off my box and let it be, we all have our own opinions and some are worse then others. Remember, 20,000 dollars and 20 miles dont make you a biker. Riding is about the Journey not the destination!

  Cabbage and Kielbasa sausage.
  
  One pound of Kielbasa sausage
  One pound of bacon,
  One large head of cabbage
  One cup of H20
  Teaspoon of Caraway seeds
  Sugar about a quarter to three quarter cup.
  One med. Onion
  As much Garlic as you want
  Salt and Pepper to taste
  
  Cut Kielbasa sausage into small pieces
  Cup bacon into small pieces and brown, spoon back out and save to the side
  Cut onion up and add to bacon grease along with the garlic and salt and pepper. Cook onion till translucent
  Cut the cabbage into slices and add to bacon grease and onion and garlic and mix up well, coating all cabbage with the grease.
  Add the water, sugar and caraway seed and sausage and cook till all is tender. Add as much water as you want to make it more or less soupy.
  When cabbage is nice and tender take off the heat and stir in bacon pieces.
  
  Sit down with some really good dark Rye bread and butter and enjoy the smooth texture and mmmmm taste!!!
