In the last 12 months I've dropped 75 lbs. and 42 pts on my cholesterol. One meal a day - supper, and cutting, hauling, splitting wood 2-3 hours a day and lifting 3 days a week. 30 to go.

OK hambone believe me or not but I actually striped down a few minutes ago for a photo shoot myself..............all I can say is dude you are my hero.....to pull that off like that. I kept telling my wife can you shoot at a angle that actually makes me look like I have an ass. She said put some tolet paper in some sexy underwear and shoot it like that. I told her I don't have enought years left in my life to live that down. Come on baby I about to go into Ass battle with hambone and I have no ammo, help me out here. Maybe I could cut and past a picture of your ass or something. Well bro I',m just going to give in on this one........ You da man Hambone!!

Hey dragon...a view of Hambone's ass has already caused my eyes to burn (Like weld burn) and they feel like someone is rubbing sandpaper in em right now man.
