  • Chaz Nice did it last year, just get used to getting lost once or twice a day. A great ride enjoyed every minute even in the rain.

My Daddy put me on mini bike at age of 5 and I've been riding since. Too many stories, he used to Trail Ride w a Triumph Bonneville that his dirt track buddies Balanced for him, f'ing thing was WICKED. He made sure I learned to hunt n fish...He Never made it past 6th Grade due to life on the farm. He's always been tougher than Whang Leather, was known for his Explosive behavior and would come at Anyone, if provoked, he went on to own a half dozen  business's in Omaha, was great friends w Hugh Harger, Michael Rosenblum & Warren Buffet-they really liked him and took him under their wings...Hugh left my Father a cpl businesses and part of man-made Lake in NE when he died in his will.    I'm planning to do a cross country ride next June. I have a 2012 Road Glide. What tires are you guys or girls using ? I'm thinking the ride is going to be a bit over 8,000 miles.   FYI coming from the west to Sturgis

  In Wy & Mt in the mountains it unseasonally cold. Low 30's tonight 7/28 to maybe the 60's. Getting warmer each day after. Just keep in mind.

  Would you ride into this???

   Treated to a Light Show by Mother Nature was spectacular, but I did hear a chain of riders heading thata way.... I hope they found shelter and enjoyed the show
